I worry about the way they calucate the engagement over only 7days I wonder if that gives enough time to get a true figure. However I do feel this is an interesting representation of leading brands (in 2011). This source is good for a suggestion of brands I should use to look closer at to understand what they are doing to create engagement as a case study within my research.
